Claire-Louise Bennett nominated for The International Dylan Thomas Prize
Claire-Louise Bennett’s debut Pond has been nominated for The International Dylan Thomas Prize 2016. We published the short story collection in April 2015, and it was subsequently released in the UK by Fitzcarraldo Editions in October.
The £30,000 Prize is awarded to awarded to the best published or produced literary work in the English language written by an author aged 39 or under.
The list of nominees also includes our very own magazine editor, Thomas Morris, with his short story collection We Don't Know What Were Doing, and Lisa McInerney for her novel, The Glorious Heresies, an extract of which was published in Issue 30. See the full longlist here
