Jethro Soutar

Jethro Soutar is a translator of Portuguese and Spanish. His translation of Ernesto Mallo’s Argentine crime novel, Needle in a Haystack, was nominated for an International Dagger in 2011, and his translation of Hotel Brasil by Frei Betto, to be published by Bitter Lemon Press in 2014, was a PEN Award winner. He is currently co-translating and editing a collection of football writing from Latin America.
