The Stinging Fly Winter Issue Launch

Thursday 28th November at 8pm
Hen’s Teeth, Blackpitts, Dublin 8

Join us for contributor readings, conversation and connection as we celebrate the launch of our Winter 2024-25 issue on Thursday, November 28th in Hen’s Teeth, Dublin 8.

We’re excited to once again share with you 240 pages of the very best new fiction, creative non-fiction and poetry from renowned international voices like Paweł Huelle and Clemens Meyer, homegrown legends — amongst them Paula Meehan and Eimear McBride — and future literary icons. With pieces tackling musical treasures found in skips, tightrope-walking dads, notorious prisons, The Sopranos, unwelcome nighttime visitors, and a suspicious number of novelty Garfield phones, this issue, and launch event, is for every reader who seeks surprising, moving and vivid writing.

All welcome. No booking required.
