Paula Meehan served as Ireland Professor of Poetry from 2013 to 2016. She has published many books of poetry, most recently As If By Magic (Dedalus, 2020). Geomantic (Dedalus, 2016) received the Cholmondelay Award for poetry. She lives in Dublin.
